Do You Have Your HEARTS Gala Tickets?

Historic Cedar Grove in Huntersville, NC

Get Ready for a Night to Remember!

HEARTS’ annual signature event at historic Cedar Grove is coming up soon! Seats are filling quickly, and we want to make sure you’ve reserved your seat at the table! This is a magical evening that begins with a house concert with Charly Lowry in Cedar Grove’s historic parlor, a space celebrated for its architectural beauty and astonishing natural acoustics.

Charly Lowry is a vocalist of rare depth and presence. Praised for her expressive phrasing and emotional honesty, she recently captivated audiences alongside Rhiannon Giddens at Carnegie Hall, a milestone that underscores her artistry and rising stature. To have her bring that level of talent to our HEARTS members is a privilege: the contrast of Carnegie Hall’s grandeur with Cedar Grove’s historic setting creates a unique opportunity to experience the same world-class talent up close and personal.

However, Charly’s music is only one of the many treats the evening has in store for our guests.

Since opening Cedar Grove to the public through HEARTS, this annual evening provides an exclusive peek into spaces not typically open to the public. Cedar Grove has remained a home through the centuries, and this special event offers guests glimpses into its past within the upstairs rooms and third-floor attic. This house is not a static museum; it is a living place where history is honored from the stories that predate its 1831 construction to the decades that followed.

After the concert and the house tours, guests will be seated for our gourmet Southern farm-to-table al fresco dinner under the stars on the Cedar Grove grounds, featuring locally sourced ingredients prepared with care by Chef Ryan Forte.

Whether you are a longtime supporter or new to HEARTS, the Members’ Gala is an opportunity to connect with others who care about preserving community stories and places. Every HEARTS Circle membership and contribution directly supports programs that document, protect, and celebrate our region’s cultural and natural heritage.

Mark your calendar for an unforgettable evening of preservation, community, and music; a special celebration of the power of coming together for a meaningful cause.

We hope to see you there!
