In honor of the 244th anniversary of the Battle of Guilford Courthouse, the Nathanael Greene Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution will host a battle reenactment in the same location the famous American Revolution battle took place. The two-day event will kick off with a parade at 9:00AM from the Guilford Courthouse Visitors Center to the General Nathanael Greene Monument, with various speakers to mark the event. Following the parade, come to witness the reenactment of the Battle of Guilford Courthouse where living historians will perform the reenactment, demonstrate weapons, trade skills, and 18th century camp-life. 18th century vendors will also be one hand. Battle reenactments will take place both Saturday, March 15th and Sunday, February 16th between 10:00AM-4:00PM.
